In Berlin, Christian enjoys his student life as a gay single. Nevertheless, he is constantly drawn back to his beloved hometown - Kaltsommer, a quaint village in Holstein. Suddenly, Christian is plagued by inexplicable pains, which leave even specialists at a loss for words. Finally, the sobering diagnosis: a brain tumor - benign, yet still a tumor - caused by a disruption of sexual hormones. Faced with this, Christian questions not only his past love life but also his entire journey into adulthood. And only one person is capable of helping him: himself.
