In over thirty years of practice, the author gained new insights into foot reflexology, particularly concerning the big toes. He identified over 40 reflex points related to brain reflexes, which facilitate quicker and more intense reactions. Additionally, he discovered around 20 new reflex points that can positively influence diseases very rapidly and effectively. Massaging one of the reflex points he identified can bring even very old traumatic experiences from the subconscious into consciousness, helping to alleviate the resulting stress and blockages. Detailed descriptions, along with numerous sketches and diagrams, not only clarify the localization of the reflex points and the type of massage required for each but are also explicitly intended by the author as a means of self-help for oneself and especially for application with children.
