Both legislators and the legal professionals dealing with this issue have difficulty adapting to this situation. Nevertheless, the concept of legal certainty on the internet has become a crucial aspect for its positive further development. Electronic commerce and the willingness of companies to pursue new marketing and distribution channels largely depend on the legal certainty that can be achieved. Additionally, the misuse of the medium, which has been prominently highlighted in the press, requires appropriate legal measures.
