The long-time music journalist Susan Masino celebrates the masters of unadulterated rock 'n' roll - AC/DC - in this book. As a big fan of the band herself, she reflects on the Australians' career spanning over forty years: from their founding in 1973 to worldwide success with singer Bon Scott and his much too early death, from the triumphant return with Brian Johnson and the groundbreaking album Back In Black to the present day. Masino recounts the AC/DC concerts that were initially held in tiny clubs and later in massive stadiums, documents all their albums up to Rock Or Bust, and shares stories about the band's "extended family" - the road crew, musicians, and producers.
