Shortly before the publication of his acclaimed opus magnum "Harmonia Cælestis," Péter Esterházy discovered his father's secret police file, to which he had dedicated a literary monument with his family novel. In "Improved Edition," he recounts this personal tragedy and makes passages from his father's reports to the notorious Department III/III of the Stasi in Hungary accessible.
