The German-Polish relations are becoming increasingly diverse and intense, even in the library sector. The "Dictionary for Libraries," with its approximately 7,000 technical terms, is primarily aimed at anyone who needs German and Polish in their library-related daily work. Additionally, it can also be of great benefit to researchers and other interested parties in both countries. The dictionary comprehensively covers the vocabulary relevant to the book and library sector, including terminology from the fields of information technology and computing. The alphabetically arranged entries are supplemented by extensive and content-oriented cross-references. Furthermore, the dictionary includes names of institutions, organizations, and foundations, as well as the most important abbreviations.
