Margarete I. Ersen-Rasch's Turkish Practice Grammar is aimed at learners of Turkish with low to good prior knowledge and can be used independently of a textbook. The sequence of grammar descriptions is based on the requirements of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages from levels A1 to C1 and on the self-assessment sheets of various adult education centers. For levels A1 and A2, a basic vocabulary has been primarily used. With the exception of authentic examples and texts, the vocabulary used in the chapters B1 to C1 also stays within this framework, allowing for quicker processing of subordinate clauses that differ significantly from German.
