Lina's mother is sick and wakes her daughter up too late. Therefore, Lina has to hurry to make it to class on time. However, in all the chaos, she finds herself in one mishap after another: she puts on colorful clothes, spills her breakfast cocoa on her pants, trips over her own feet outside, and stumbles over Mr. Faulig's fruit crates. In the end, she almost crosses the street when the light is red. When Lina finally arrives at school just in time after all the mishaps, the yard is empty and the door to the building is locked. Just then, her friend Selma appears and clears up the confusion of this tricky morning - it’s actually Saturday!
