A blind boy as a gang member? That can't be right! But then it turns out that Samuel has skills that are very valuable for solving a case. When Benni and his friends first encounter the strange boy with the white cane, they make fun of him. Shortly after, Benni falls off his bike, and the boy with the unusual gaze helps him. It is only then that Benni learns Samuel is blind and befriends him. Benni also brings Samuel to his gang meetings, even though some members of the group still reject the blind boy. Then, bicycles start disappearing from the basements in the neighborhood at night. During their joint investigation, Samuel's highly trained sense of smell becomes a significant asset for the gang: the blind boy can literally "sniff out" important clues. Through thorough research and a trap, the children manage to solve the case.
