He smokes without a filter, I live without a filter. After a night of partying ends in the emergency room, Schröder's sister presents him with a choice: either therapy or I’ll tell Mom. Thus, he finds himself on the couch of chain-smoking psychologist Dr. Schulz, where he recounts his life: from the sauna parties of his hippie parents, to his first love that ended tragically, to sold-out concerts of his band Villa Hammerschmidt, to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, bar brawls in London, and bizarre orgies in Hamburg. And of course, there's Sophia, the woman for whom he would do anything. The only problem is Knirpsi - Schröder's evil twin who lives in his head and never stops inciting him to wild excesses.
