Heilpraktiker in der Physiotherapie
German, 2015Product details
The excellent news that we have known for several years is: The alternative practitioner license limited to the field of physiotherapy allows for first contact for physiotherapists. With the ruling of the 3rd Senate of the Federal Administrative Court in Berlin on August 26, 2009, the court decided that in the future, physiotherapists will be able to treat patients independently and responsibly without needing a direct referral from a doctor. This marked a milestone in physiotherapy. Physiotherapists who obtain the relevant alternative practitioner license now have the opportunity for what is known as first contact. For the first time, practicing physiotherapists can truly make diagnoses independently and engage in a diagnostic and therapeutic dialogue on equal footing with doctors.
