This miniature offers a colorful bouquet of recipes that promise delicious food, because being kosher is not enough; it should also taste good. Following the Jewish festival calendar, the authors have compiled recipes from Jewish cuisine as they have been passed down in their families and have proven themselves over time. Some specialties of Jewish cuisine contributed by friends and acquaintances have also been included.
