Product details

The past decade has not passed without leaving its mark on the social structure of opportunities: the core of normal full-time employment has shrunk, and it faces a considerable number of excluded individuals. In between, a gray area of employment relationships has emerged, characterized by significant signs of insecurity. The qualitative study describes the coping strategies of precariously employed individuals as struggles for security, which shape the dynamics of the formation and reformation of social classes. It also invites reflection on new forms of collective participation opportunities for employees in wage labor.
