Miguel de Molinos is one of the great spiritual authors of the Baroque period. His main work draws primarily from the mystical writings of Teresa of Ávila, but also emphasizes the importance of inner peace. Although it was published with ecclesiastical permission, it was condemned as heterodox in 1687, just like its author. This edition offers a complete new translation by Michael Laube, along with an introduction and notes by Mariano Delgado.
