Perik is an observation sheet designed for the systematic monitoring and support of children's social-emotional development. This development is fundamental for subjective well-being, emotional regulation, satisfying relationships with others, and successful learning. The sheet captures six core competencies: ability to connect, self-regulation/consideration, self-assertion, stress regulation, task orientation, and joy of exploration. The accompanying booklet includes guidelines for the design, use, and evaluation of the sheet, as well as practical suggestions for fostering development.
