Children not only have the right to participate but also to complain. This is stipulated by the Federal Child Protection Act and other legal regulations. Therefore, educational professionals are tasked with developing a complaint procedure for and with children. At the same time, this means taking the needs and concerns of children into account and making them the starting point for educational action. The booklet demonstrates in a very practical way how a procedure can be developed and implemented in everyday life, as well as what attitudes and structures a daycare team needs for this.
