The compact commentary on the UWG from first-hand sources complements our successful series of Heymanns commentaries. The commentary explains the UWG and the Price Indication Regulation. The focus is on jurisprudence-oriented answers to German and EU competition law based on decisions from the ECJ, the BGH, and selected rulings from the Higher Regional Courts. The experienced author team, consisting of eleven judges and university professors, condenses the large number of current decisions and legislative changes into a commentary that is both precise and comprehensible.
