By pressing the color-coded points on each double page, the sounds are activated and deactivated. Children aged 2 and up can easily operate the books on their own, while younger children should have their parents press the sound buttons, as their fine motor skills and finger strength may not yet be sufficient. All titles in the series comply with strict safety requirements and quality controls. Each sound button is tested for functionality before delivery. The volume of the sounds meets the standards of the European Toy Directive. The books are delivered with 3 standard button cell batteries LR 1130, each with 1.5 V.
