For patients in gynecological oncology, a reliable and reassuring network of interprofessional collaboration is particularly important. Their situation is characterized by a wide variety of symptoms with both physical and psychological aspects. To alleviate their diverse burdens, collaboration among various professions and specialties is absolutely essential. How can it be achieved that patients in gynecological oncology experience seamless care, despite the involvement of many different professional groups? What role do nursing professionals, Advanced Practice Nurses, and other involved professions play in this?
