Emotions influence all thinking and actions. Therefore, a positive approach to emotions should be learned early on. With the help of this training program, children aged 8 to 12 can be supported in their emotional perception, their handling of feelings, and their coping with fear and stress. In addition to an overview of the theoretical background of the program, the individual tasks and exercises are described in detail. Concrete instructions, as well as worksheets and templates, facilitate the practical implementation of the training.
