Product details

When Jon's grandfather dies, he becomes a star. Jon decides to search for his grandfather's star to say goodbye, embarking on a journey through space and his own grief. He soon realizes that the search is not easy. Disappointment, euphoria, anger, and sadness alternate. When he lands on the moon, he notices that all the stars look too similar from space. Fortunately, the man in the moon explains to the little astronaut the specialness and uniqueness of the stars for those on Earth. For it is there that the stars shine and glow for grandchildren, children, and all others who miss the deceased. Jon ultimately understands that while his grandfather is dead, he has not simply vanished, for in his memory, in his thoughts, and in the starry sky, his grandfather is still there, allowing his star to shine for all who think of him.
