Panic disorder and agoraphobia are among the most common mental health disorders. The revised edition of the manual explains the behaviorally oriented approach to short-term treatment of anxiety patients. The guide has proven effective in both individual and group therapy and is particularly well-suited for a combination of the two therapy forms.
