The volume presents a positively evaluated educational and prevention concept that supports resilience and safety in kindergarten through competency development. In addition to promoting general life skills, some exercises build protective factors specifically aimed at preventing sexualized violence. For children aged three to six years, the focus is on fostering basic competencies in the social-emotional, physical, and linguistic areas. Furthermore, the concept aims to raise awareness among professionals and other caregivers about the issue of sexualized violence and to strengthen their protective actions. The first part of the book includes background information on resilience, safety, and sexualized violence, as well as on the goals, structure, and evaluation of the concept. The second part consists of a practical manual with exercises.
