Stress experiences and symptoms are widespread among adolescents. Many young people regularly suffer from headaches, sleep problems, and loss of appetite, as well as feelings of tension and being overwhelmed. The stress prevention program SNAKE aims to help adolescents better cope with current stress situations and prepare them for dealing with future stress.
