With the help of the training, adolescents and young adults aged 13 to 20 can practice competent social and work behavior in a practical manner. The goal is to reduce both aggressive-antisocial behavior and passive, socially insecure behavior. This is achieved by improving self- and external perception, increasing self-control and endurance, building a positive self-image and confident behavior, enhancing empathy, and promoting appropriate handling of praise, criticism, and failure. Additionally, the approach of the "JobFit" training is explained, which focuses on competencies that are crucial for entering vocational training. The practical approach in the training is described in a structured manner with examples. The materials to be used are available on the accompanying CD-ROM.
