When the teacher Ina returns to her school in Germany after a three-year break in Mallorca, she realizes that time has not stood still here; quite the opposite. With horror, she recognizes what others can only see in part: the insidious and dangerous transformation of the school in the name of customer orientation, documentation requirements, optimization, performance enhancement, and quality management. However, Ina refuses to simply go along with it.
