The book "House Price Indices" is a special edition of the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics and includes thirteen articles that deal with the measurement of real estate prices. The research in this book examines, among other things, the assessment of hedonic, repeat sales, and hybrid approaches to constructing real estate price indices.
