Product details
When the cosmos was not as chaotic as it is today and all the stars were neatly lined up, allowing them to be counted from left to right or top to bottom, it was common for designers who held the diploma of perpetual omnipotence with distinction to occasionally embark on journeys to offer good advice and assistance to distant peoples. Lem's Cyberiad is a cycle of travels that recounts the escapades and deeds of the friendly rival robot pair Trurl and Klapauzius, who seek to outdo each other in inventing astonishing machines and often find themselves cheated out of the fruits of their labor. Which, of course, never succeeds. They construct monsters with laser eyes and dragons of probability, electro-bards, machines that generate everything starting with 'n', and they set things right again.
