Daniel Barth, M.D., specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, adult, youth, and child psychoanalyst, member and training analyst of the Swiss Society for Psychoanalysis. In 1995/96, he conducted research at the Anna Freud Center with Mary Target. Since 2015, he has been a co-editor of the journal Child Analysis. His focus is on psychoanalytic work in his own practice with early disturbed children, adolescents, and adults in an analytical setting.

Marie-Claire Barth-Frommel, Dr. h.c., was born in 1927 in Geneva, studied theology in Geneva and Zurich, worked in adult education, and taught at various theological colleges in Indonesia. She wrote several commentaries on Old Testament books, was married to Dr. theol. Christoph Barth, and lives in Basel. For her body of work, she received an honorary doctorate in theology from the University of Basel.
