It's like finally meeting good friends again after some time. After three albums featuring exclusively new compositions, Max Raabe & Palast Orchester have recorded familiar songs. The new studio album is titled "Mir ist so nach Dir" and features 16 tracks. "What’s impressive about these songs is that they still evoke the same emotions today as they did at the time of their creation," says Raabe, who musically travels around the world, singing not only in German but also in Spanish, French, English, and Italian. "Depending on the song, there will be laughter or a tear held back," he promises.
