The present collection of workbooks by Bernhard Waszkewitz aims to provide practitioners in the human and social work fields with the necessary insights and tools to solve their tasks in everyday life and professional settings, without burdening them with justifications, derivations, and scientific discussions. To keep it manageable, each of the five volumes focuses on a specific topic area. The second volume presented here provides data on personality and specific inner psychological processes. It begins with the functions and mechanisms, such as the fundamental talents and their characteristics, as well as their interconnections and significance for human cognition. Naturally, the topic of intelligence is also addressed, but without being overemphasized, as is often the case today.
