The concept of personality disorders is generally completely unknown in the field of education and upbringing. This is a shortcoming in today's context. In the areas of schools, school social work, and youth services, we increasingly encounter adolescents who exhibit psychological abnormalities, problematic personality styles, or personality disorders. Those affected can disrupt peer groups as well as teams composed of professionals. They display abnormalities in perception, thinking, and feeling, meaning unfavorable schemas and self-awareness states (so-called schema modes). Additionally, they practice destructive manipulation techniques. This third volume of the three-part series "Understanding Personality Disorders in Schools, School Social Work, and Youth Services" addresses so-called schema pedagogical strategies for dealing with teenagers who constantly disrupt the daily routine.
