However, in practical implementation, there is often a lack of systematic approach and sustainability. It often remains unclear whether and to what extent the activities contribute to achieving corporate goals. To fully leverage the potential of corporate health management to enhance company value, a tailored strategy that is consistently implemented is required. The proven management tool Balanced Scorecard supports strategy-oriented action: it translates a strategy into a balanced system of goals and metrics, thereby creating a framework for the management process.
