This may be due to the fact that it can be interpreted differently based on individual perceptions regarding when a project is considered to have failed. However, one thing is clearly evident from numerous sources: IT project management is challenging, and the number of failed projects is high. This raises the legitimate question of what tools can be used to support project management. One possible technology to achieve this could be wikis, which gained significant attention during the Web 2.0 boom.
