The Compensation for Planning Services is the title under which this book addresses the currently valid HOAI and its 6th amendment, as well as a practical planning example, procurement law with consideration of the VOF, and the changes in the performance profile of thermal protection. It specifically examines the lifespan of the HOAI at the EU level, as it is not compatible with the directive for services in the internal market in its current form. The essential and important foundations in the application and development of the HOAI and VOF are explained based on current commentaries. The planning example transparently illustrates the services to be provided by a planner. In the case of the VOF, the main focus is on the points relevant to the planner in the procurement process.
