They are young, internet-savvy, and always in company. Around 50,000 Spaniards in Germany belong to the target group that the online community "entre dos aguas" aims to reach. The promotion of cultural encounters between Spaniards in Germany serves as the starting point for this project. Thus, second and third-generation German-Spaniards can take on mentorship roles for Spanish "newcomers" to facilitate better integration. Contact within the community is fostered through the "Culturamovas" concept developed by designer Marie-Monique Schaper. This includes activities such as "bread tasting," "kale hike," or "mulled wine gathering," which can only be realized in Germany and reflect the communal character of the target group. The summery feel and Mediterranean imagery of the website are also appealing.
