"Wolfsland - experience the adventure of your life," reads the promotional brochure for the school camp that 14-year-old Lou is attending with her class. The slogan proves to be no exaggeration, as soon becomes evident. In the border region with Poland, a harmless educational excursion unexpectedly turns into a fight against unscrupulous activities. And Lou is right in the middle of it. Events escalate when the orphan stands up against bullying and is to be sent home early. Lou runs away. In the lonely forests, she encounters not only wolves but also the mysterious Lupo, who is hiding there. Suddenly, they both find themselves on the run - from search teams looking for the missing student and from poachers hunting the wolves. A few days and nights turn Lou's life upside down. In the end, she realizes: I am not alone.
