The possibility of inclusion for children with disabilities is thanks to the commitment of their parents. However, the study shows that parents face a real challenge in their commitment, which often also stems from a disability of the parents themselves. Only when the fight for inclusion is no longer necessary does support become superfluous. This struggle, as identified by the parents, would be easier for them if there were competent counseling in this area, if authorities collaborated with the parents, and if schools and teachers supported integration/inclusion. Additionally, a change in the overall perception of disability in society would be important, which, according to the surveyed parents, is primarily in the hands of politics. The book encourages continued fighting.
