Inclusion means to include. However, the very word "inclusion," which comes from Latin, creates barriers because not everyone can understand what it entails. Who or what should be included or involved in which context? Or is it more about the question of who is excluded, when, and where? Does this happen voluntarily or involuntarily? What does the implementation of inclusion mean, how is it currently realized, and what needs to be done in the future? Which professions address this topic from which perspectives? A demand in the course of implementing inclusion is the development of a society in which every person is recognized and accepted. Every individual should participate in societal aspects equally and self-determinedly, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity or origin, or religion.
