Bianca Preuss analyzes successful inclusive education, connected with a cross-disciplinary governance and research perspective. The current reform demand for school inclusion calls on the education system to address the complexity of societal and thus very broad school heterogeneity. Exemplarily focusing on students with disabilities, those with refugee and migration backgrounds, as well as gifted students, the empirical conditions for a high-quality inclusive school are systematically highlighted. This refers to the perspective of Educational Governance research as an analytical multi-level approach, as well as inclusion research and school development and quality research.
