The Miracle of Lourdes - the most famous saint's legend of the 20th century. Bernadette Soubrious lives in great poverty with her parents and sister in the French village of Lourdes. One afternoon, while searching for firewood, the girl is visited by a lady dressed in white, who asks her to return to the same spot fifteen more times. She obeys. During one of these apparitions, the lady leads Bernadette to a spring whose water has healing properties. Soon, believers from near and far flock to witness the miracle of Lourdes. However, the Church harbors serious doubts - is it really possible that the Holy Mother of God appeared to a simple peasant girl? Bernadette remains steadfast in her faith and finds herself in conflict with the authorities.
