Love and Sea

Karin Brahms, a journalist from Hamburg, wants to finally realize her long-postponed dream: to write her own novel. She travels to Borkum for the summer holidays with her widowed father and her two sons, Leon and Jonas. She hopes to enjoy the sun and the beach while finally tackling her book, but every time she tries to start writing, something gets in the way. First, her handbag goes missing – then her son. Their paths repeatedly lead them to the police station, where Chief Inspector Andreas Wegner, a rather attractive man, is stationed. However, Karin has sworn that there will be no place for men in her life. The North Sea serves as the backdrop for a turbulent love story.
