The concept of intercultural opening is seen as a long-overdue response to the social imbalances of the immigration society, which significantly affect migrants. The aim is to establish intercultural management that encompasses all levels of institutional work and becomes an integral part of organizational development. From a normative perspective, it involves the establishment of a democratic development and the anchoring of equal opportunities and social justice in a multicultural society. The textbook is divided into two main parts: the first part includes contributions to the theoretical and empirical foundation, conceptual positioning, and strategic-methodological orientation of intercultural opening. The second part addresses key areas of social integration, participation, and inclusion.
