The boundary between internal and external communication is dissolving, employee expectations are rising, communication channels are increasing, and change processes are becoming a constant state within companies. These conditions serve as the starting point for this anthology, in which authors from various scientific disciplines, as well as from consulting and corporate practice, explore internal communication from different perspectives.
