This book focuses almost exclusively on descriptive statistics, which deals with the preparation and description of data sets and their distribution. After a detailed and fundamental introduction to the topic, the most important frequency distributions and the measures for their description are presented. Finally, linear simple regression is explained, illustrating the linear functional relationship between two variables. Each chapter includes examples, exercises, and a summary. The appendix contains several exams with solutions that have been created in recent years.
