Karl-Heinz Peper, born on December 28, 1958, in Spols, a small East Frisian village, grew up on a farm and has been working as a naturopath since 1992. Peper learned early on from his mother how to handle medicinal plants. He gathered information about East Frisian folk medicine and wrote his first book titled "Lexicon of East Frisian Natural and Folk Medicine," published by Isensee Verlag Oldenburg. Among his findings were various applications involving nuts and seeds. He began to research further and obtained more information about the healing power of nuts and seeds. He compiled this knowledge and accumulated experiences over several years on his own body and in his practice. Thus, over several years, the book presented here was created as a valuable addition to the previously known herbal medicine. Peper regularly conducts courses and seminars.
