Learning, working, and therapy groups of all kinds greatly benefit when participants have the opportunity to paint or express themselves artistically at appropriate moments. Visual media are often used passively. However, in most groups, verbal communication dominates active work. This book aims to help uncover the treasures of art therapy. Just like our dreams, our images can lead us to insight and inner truth.
