The Free Systemic Constellations were founded by Olaf Jacobsen in 2003. This book is the first written about Free Constellations and serves as the foundation for all subsequent books on this self-help method. Free Constellations focus on the phenomenon of "resonance" in our feelings. Resonance occurs as soon as we make ourselves available as representatives for the problems and questions of others. We begin to sense the individuals or aspects of the foreign problem within ourselves, thereby providing the person conducting the constellation with a mirror for their concern. The method of Free Constellations was developed so that this natural resonance phenomenon can be utilized by anyone, even outside of a therapeutic or professionally guided framework.
