Rosenberg has probably never been so quiet and still. All the crooks and gangsters seem to be avoiding the place. The Red Mask and the other superheroes are using this calm time to train their superpowers and compete against each other. Lisa gets along well with her boys, and for them, Lisa is the natural leader. But one day, Lisa sees a girl she has never seen before. She is around Lisa's age but doesn't go to her school. Soon, the girl starts appearing in the craziest places, like on a rooftop, where she sits and seemingly fearless dangles her legs. The girl is tougher and braver than anyone Lisa has ever met. But who is she? And could she and Lisa possibly become friends?.
