In a spa town in Baden, a young woman is attacked in the woods. The incident is as mysterious as the woman's statements, in which she accuses the mayor of the crime. Reluctantly, police officer Felix Wolfer embarks on a quest for the truth and the background of the incident, getting caught in a web of misleading clues and small-town entanglements. At the same time, he struggles with his own secrets, which he must prevent from being revealed at all costs. For no one but his great love, Theresa, must know who and what he really is.
